Terms of service

These terms apply when you use silyatv.com, start a free trial, or buy a SilyaTV subscription ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

The service

SilyaTV provides access to live TV channels, movies and series over the internet, for viewing with an IPTV player app or a compatible set-top box (such as a MAG or Formuler box). SilyaTV is an authorized reseller of the channels and content it offers. Channel lineups can change over time, as rights holders add or remove channels; we don't guarantee that any particular channel stays available.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's permission, to buy a subscription.
Give a correct email address: your login details are sent there.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for use of your account.
Each plan allows the number of devices you chose to watch at the same time (1 to 5). A MAG box uses one connection and is linked to its MAC address.

Acceptable use

The service is for personal, private viewing in your home and on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, rebroadcast or record and redistribute the service or its content, or use it in a public venue or business. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, shows abuse (for example many simultaneous connections beyond the plan), or attempts to harm the service.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 36 hours and needs no payment. One trial per email address and one per MAG box. Trials are subject to availability and fair use, and we may refuse a trial that appears to be a repeat or automated request.

Plans, prices and payment

Plans are paid once, in advance, for the whole period (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months). Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay; there is no activation fee.
Plans do not renew automatically. To continue after your plan ends, buy a new plan (for a MAG box, use the same MAC address and the time is added to the same box).
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paymegate), including cryptocurrency. For crypto payments, the network and amount must match the checkout page; payments sent on the wrong network or below the price may not be recoverable.
Discount codes and referral discounts are single-use, can't be exchanged for cash, and only one discount applies per order.

Availability

We work to keep the service running 24/7, but streaming depends on your internet connection, your device and third-party networks. Short interruptions, maintenance and changes to channels can happen and are not a breach of these terms. If a technical problem stops the service working, see the refund policy below.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet provider, your devices, third-party apps, or events outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a plan you have already paid for.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your data.

What we collect and why

Email address: to send your login details, order confirmations, support replies and (for customers) your referral reward codes.
MAG box MAC address: only if you use a MAG or Formuler box, to activate that box.
Order details: plan, number of devices, price, discount used, payment status and dates, to deliver and support your subscription.
IP address: when you request a free trial or use the chat assistant, to prevent abuse and enforce limits.
Messages: what you send through the contact form, by email, or to the chat assistant, to answer you.
Site statistics: anonymous visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

We don't receive your card or wallet details: payment is handled on the payment provider's page.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare: website hosting, database and anonymous statistics.
Paymegate: payments.
Resend: sending emails.
Anthropic: powers the chat assistant; your chat messages are sent to it to generate an answer.
Our TV service panel: creates your login and stores your MAC address for MAG boxes.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as you are a customer and as long as needed for accounting and to handle disputes. Trial records are kept to enforce the one-trial rule.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you delete your data, an active subscription can't be supported any more.

Cookies

The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small settings for the site (for example a referral code you arrived with) on your own device.

Refund policy

Try first: the free 36-hour trial lets you test the service on your own devices before paying.
7-day technical guarantee: if a technical problem on our side stops the service working and our support can't fix it, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment at [email protected]. Include your order email and a description of the problem.
Refunds are not given for a change of mind after the trial, for problems caused by your internet connection, device or player app, for a missing individual channel, or for an account suspended for breaking the terms.
Approved refunds are paid back through the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency, the refund is the US dollar amount paid, sent in the same currency to an address you give us; network fees may be deducted.

Copyright notices

We respect the rights of content owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the service infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice", the content concerned, proof that you own the rights or act for the owner, and your contact details. We review every notice and act promptly.
